Referral & Affiliate Programme
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern both the Promoter and Affiliate earning streams available through your BentBox referral code. Please read them carefully before participating.
About the Programmes
Your BentBox referral code unlocks two distinct earning streams. Both use the same code and are governed by these terms:

Participation (Voluntary)
Your participation in the BentBox Referral & Affiliate Programme is voluntary and is effective until terminated by either us or you. Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Notice of termination may be given to you using the email address registered to your account. Notice of termination may be given to us by emailing info@bentbox.co with the subject line 'Referral Cancellation'.
You are only eligible to accumulate referral rewards on sales occurring during the term of your participation. Payout is subject to BentBox Payout Conditions. Unused referral rewards expire two years after the date they are posted to your account.
Modification and Termination
We may modify the terms of this Agreement and/or terminate the Programme at any time and at our sole discretion, by posting a change or termination notice on BentBox.co. Modifications may include changes to commission rates, reward schedules, redemption procedures, and applicable rules.
In the event of termination of the Programme by us, our obligation is to distribute earned rewards to you, in our sole discretion, either as account credit or a cash payout. Our obligation is limited to a maximum of 12 months of rewards, calculated based on your rewards for the month prior to the month of termination.
We reserve the right to terminate any account that we deem linked to fraudulent referrals, disputed purchases or chargebacks, spam, or intentional misuse of the Programme, including use of more than one account.
Independent Evaluation
Receiving Referral Rewards
We appreciate word-of-mouth promotion and reward you for introducing creators and buyers to BentBox. Referral rewards accumulate when others use your referral code or link to sign up and make purchases. For the full commission schedule, visit the Referral Programme page, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Using Referral Rewards
On the first day of each month (excluding public holidays, with up to a 2-day allowance for exceptional circumstances), any account holder who has reached the minimum payout threshold will automatically receive a cash payout, provided they have compliant payment method details on file. Reward amounts below the threshold roll over to the following month. You are responsible for any and all tax liability arising from rewards earned under this Programme.
Qualifying sales made through your referral link are credited to your account. We reserve the right to cancel any sale in accordance with our Terms of Use. We will track qualifying sales for reporting and fee accrual purposes and make those available in your Referrals dashboard.
Promotional Activity
You may share your BentBox referral code or link on a personal blog or social media accounts (e.g. X, Instagram, Facebook) subject to the terms of those platforms. However, your social media profile may not contain content that could be interpreted as being managed by BentBox, and your blog, website, or social media pages may not resemble the BentBox site or indicate an official affiliation with us.
You may also share your referral link via email or direct message. In doing so, you warrant that you will not engage in spam, unsolicited commercial messaging, or any practice that fails to comply with applicable email marketing regulations.
You may not register domain or subdomain names that include the word "BentBox" or any misspelling or variation thereof, nor use such terms in social media usernames or group identifiers.
You may not create or distribute client-side applications (browser plugins, extensions, executables, etc.) that integrate with or replicate any part of BentBox.
Your BentBox public profile must not include referral codes, URLs promoting the Programme, or discount messaging unless expressly permitted by BentBox in writing.
Promotional activity must not contain violent, defamatory, or illegal content.
No Clone-Site Policy
Protecting the Ecosystem: Our No-Clone-Site Policy Read our full policy on clone sites and what promotional activity qualifies for referral rewards.Referral rewards will not be granted for traffic originating from clone sites or mirror platforms designed to mimic the BentBox experience. A clone site is defined as any website or platform created with the primary purpose of:
- Mimicking Functionality: Replicating the BentBox user interface, features, or core branding.
- Redirecting Traffic: Serving as a pass-through or mirror site where the sole intent is to capture traffic and funnel it to BentBox via a referral link.
- Brand Confusion: Using domain names or layouts that may lead users to believe they are on an official BentBox property.
Accounts found to be associated with clone sites will have referral rewards voided for traffic from those sources and may be permanently excluded from the Programme. For examples of qualifying and non-qualifying promotional activity, see our Referral & Affiliate Policy page.
Additional Guidelines for Promotional Activity
All promotional content must be used within the terms of the BentBox Usage Agreement. You may not link content to, or redirect traffic to, any site other than BentBox.co. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Altering BentBox materials in a misleading manner.
- Redistributing BentBox materials, including selling, licensing, or granting rights to third parties.
- Using names or likenesses in a manner implying a person's or company's endorsement of BentBox.
- Placing orders on behalf of another person or assisting another entity in doing so.
- Using links or content that contain or are connected to malicious or harmful code.
- Attempting to redirect or intercept traffic from any site participating in the Programme.
- Incorporating BentBox.co into a webview or integrated web browser within a mobile application.
- Using transitional pages, pop-up ads, or layered ads for promotional activity.
- Artificially generating clicks or impressions by software or other means.
- Attempting to circumvent the referral reward payment schedule or conditions.
- Using your referral code to purchase content for your own use or for resale.
- Purchasing paid search placements using BentBox brand terms (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.). Violation results in account closure and forfeiture of all accrued rewards.
- Using misspellings or variations of BentBox trademarks in any context.
From time to time we may request a list of keywords used in paid search campaigns. Failure to provide complete information will result in closure of your referral account.
Programme Participation & Eligibility
By participating, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. All accounts must be in the name of a living individual, not a business entity. Accounts are not transferable and are not eligible for perpetual succession. In the event of the passing of an account owner, please contact Customer Service and the account will be closed. Any eligible rewards will be dispersed in accordance with the then-current Terms of Use.
No Warranty
Reselling Content
Reselling any content purchased on BentBox.co is a breach of copyright law and will be prosecuted. Your BentBox account will be terminated and all referral reward credit will be voided.
