How we pay content creators at BentBox

We make it a priority to send PayOuts to our content creators on time and using the best payment methods.

You can keep track of your payments in your PayOuts page.

We can send you PayOuts in any of the following ways:

Bank Transfers
PayPal
Yoursafe
Paxum
Amazon Gift Card

Bank transfers are sent as local deposits. If your account is in USD, you will receive an ACH local deposit. If your acccount is in EUR, you will receive a standard IBAN transfer. The same applies to AUD, CAD and most currencies.

All PayOuts are calculated automatically two days before the end of the month. The PayOut cycle begins on the first of every month. PayOuts are completed within the first seven business days of the month.

PayOuts are calculated in EUR using the currency conversion applied by the credit card processor at the time of the sale. You can keep track of your individual paid sales on the Paid PayOuts page.

Payouts are made in the currency of your bank account.

PayOuts are calculated once a user reaches a minimum of $100 USD. If, at the end of the month, your PayOut doesn't reach $100 USD, the amount owed to you is carried over to the following month.

All payouts incur a processing fee based on the payment flow, which varies depending on the payment processor and the banks (sending and receiving) involved in the process. Generally, the fee ranges between $5 and $10 for small payouts (less than $500) and between $10 and $20 for larger payouts (more than $500). It is important to note that we have no control over any additional charges that the receiving bank may impose for an international transaction or any fees that a payment processor may apply to the receiving side.

Our sales commission covers platform operational, sales, and marketing costs. Costs incurred during the payout process are charged to the receiving party. The same applies to us (BentBox) when receiving payments from the sales payment processors.

Payout transaction fees are an unavoidable part of selling digital goods. You should consider them as part of your cost of sales in your pricing strategy.
