1. Content and Copyright Complaints
Intellectual property integrity is a core pillar of our most secure strategy. If you are a creator or a rights holder who believes your work is being used on BentBox without authorization:
- Submit a formal DMCA notice to info@bentbox.co.
- Include the specific URL of the asset in question.
- We leverage ProntoID records to instantly identify the account holder and verify the chain of custody for the content.
2. 2257 & Regulatory Compliance
Whether in direct consumer sales or B2B bulk transfers, BentBox is a 2257-compliant platform. If you identify content that lacks appropriate documentation or fails to meet vetting standards:
- Use the "Report" button on the asset page or email us directly.
- Our compliance team will audit the ProntoID model release form and Pronto Tag history associated with that asset to ensure active consent was provided.
3. Fraud & Security Concerns
We actively investigate all reports of suspicious activity to protect our community, including:
- Unauthorized account access or impersonation.
- Payment fraud or suspicious consumer-to-creator transactions.
- Misrepresentation of licensing rights in B2B wholesale deals.
- Non-compliance with the ProntoID KYC verification process.
4. Resolution Process
