Refunds Policy

BentBox is a platform dedicated to the sale of digital photography and videography. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we operate under a strict "All Sales are Final" policy, subject to specific consumer protection laws and quality guarantees.


1. General Policy on Digital Content

All sales for digital content are final. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once they have been accessed or downloaded.

"You can ask a business for your preference of a free repair, replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it."

2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

While digital sales are typically final, BentBox will issue a refund or credit under the following specific circumstances:

  • Misleading Information: If the "Box" for sale public page contained information that was significantly misleading compared to the actual content delivered.
  • Technical Defect: If the digital file is corrupted or technically defective and cannot be viewed after troubleshooting with our support team.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If a purchase was made fraudulently without the account owner's permission (subject to internal investigation).

3. Our Commitment to Quality

To minimize the need for refunds and ensure the highest security standards, BentBox utilizes ProntoID for identity management. This ensures that:

  • All sellers are age-verified and identity-confirmed.
  • Model release forms are managed securely.
  • The content you buy is vetted and compliant with 2257 regulations.

4. How to Request a Refund

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you believe your purchase meets the criteria for a refund listed above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the purchase.
  2. Send an email to info@bentbox.co.
  3. Include your Order ID and a detailed description of the issue (e.g., how the content was misleading or screenshots of technical errors).

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
