Your brand's community,
on infrastructure that's already built.
BentBox is a verified creator marketplace where people sell sets of their own photos and videos directly to buyers. A Thematic Community gives your brand its own space on it — and with it, the age verification, creator KYC, moderation and payments the platform already runs every day.
A BentBox Thematic Community is a branded space — usually at yourbrand.bentbox.co — where your audience gathers and where your customers can create and sell content featuring your products. BentBox supplies the platform, identity and age verification, human moderation and payments. You supply the brand, the audience and the creative direction. Launch takes around three weeks, there is no media spend, and creators keep the full price of everything they sell.
The hard parts,
already running.
Building a community where real people publish and sell content means solving verification, moderation and payments before anything else. On BentBox those are solved once, at platform level, and every community gets them on day one.
Every member is age-verified through ProntoID before they get in. Visitor age-verification data is deleted once the check is done, so you are never holding it.
Anyone who publishes is identity-verified through ProntoID and signs an affidavit as a model or a photographer. Records are kept for compliance on our side, not yours.
Nothing goes live on your community until a person on the BentBox team has looked at it. Automated filters assist; they do not decide.
Because every account is a verified person, fake followers, spam accounts and scraped profiles have no way in. It is enforced at sign-up, not cleaned up afterwards.
Card processing, fraud handling and creator payouts are already running — in a category where many processors simply decline. You never touch a transaction.
Reuse rights agreed with each creator are recorded alongside a ProntoTag consent record, so there is no ambiguity later about what you may republish, where, or for how long.
What that means for your team: you never collect an ID document, run a payment, or review an upload. ProntoID confirms that a person is verified without handing their identity to anyone — including you.
Four ways in,
depending on what you have.
Some brands have a devoted audience and nowhere to put it. Some have customers already photographing themselves in the product. Start where you are.
A branded space at yourbrand.bentbox.co where your audience gathers, talks and gets early access.
A curated page of sets your customers made in your products — every one of them for sale.
One time-boxed campaign around a launch, to see real participation before committing.
Community and brand page running together: briefs go out in one, results sell on the other.

What Makes a Great Community?
A clear, specific theme; an existing audience or customer base; and content that benefits from a dedicated, context-appropriate home.
What matters most is not follower count but whether your customers already photograph themselves in the product.
Community Ideas
Customers shooting the new season's range
Long-time customers and the pieces they kept
Pleasure products in creators' own sets
Athletes, coaches and progress series
Monthly scene challenges for the community
Costume makers, pin-up and throwback styles
