What a sale actually looks like

Most marketplaces take a percentage out of what you earn. BentBox does not. The commission rate is calculated on the final transaction price and added on top of your price, so your listed amount reaches you intact. The standard rate is 35% on Boxes and Videos and 20% on Club subscriptions and Tips.

Getting started

Five steps from registration to your first published Box.

Create your account

Register as a creator and complete identity and age verification through ProntoID. Verification confirms that every seller on BentBox is a verified adult.

Upload your model releases

Before any content is published, a signed release must be on file for every person appearing in it. Releases are collected through ProntoTag, which records consent cryptographically.

Build and price your Box

Add your photos or videos, choose a cover, write a title and description, and set your price. The price you enter is the amount you receive.

Submit for review

Every Box is checked by a human moderator before it appears on the marketplace. Review protects buyers and keeps the catalogue consistent.

Publish and get paid

Once approved, your Box goes live to the marketplace and to your followers. Earnings accumulate in your account and are paid out monthly.

Selling on a platform that takes compliance seriously

Verification and consent requirements exist to protect the people in the content, including you. They apply to every creator without exception.

  • Identity and age verification for every creator. Verification is handled by ProntoID, operated by Brooks & Keitt Sàrl. BentBox stores only the verification outcome, never your identity documents.
  • A signed model release for every person in every Box. Releases are collected through ProntoTag, which produces a cryptographically signed consent record and transmits only a signed form reference to BentBox.
  • Human review before publication. A moderator checks every Box. Nothing is published on automated screening alone.
  • Age verification for buyers. Access is gated by jurisdiction across a growing list of US states and countries.
  • 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping. BentBox maintains the records required under the statute.

Common questions

Opening a BentBox creator account is free. There is no listing fee, no subscription and no upfront charge to publish a Box. BentBox earns only when a sale is made, through a commission the buyer pays on top of the creator price.

A creator keeps one hundred percent of the price listed on a Box. BentBox commission is added on top of that price and charged to the buyer, so the amount a creator enters when publishing is the amount that creator receives. No percentage is deducted from creator earnings.

The standard BentBox commission is 35 percent for Boxes and Videos, and 20 percent for Club subscriptions and Tips. The rate is calculated on the final transaction price rather than on the creator price, and it is added on top and charged to the buyer. A Box listed at ten US dollars carries a commission of five dollars and thirty-eight cents, so the buyer pays fifteen dollars and thirty-eight cents and the creator still receives the full ten.

Calculating on the final transaction price is what allows a creator to keep the listed price intact. The final price is grossed up so the commission rate applies to it, which means the creator price is never reduced. Charging the rate against the creator price instead would take the commission out of creator earnings.

Yes. Boxes under 100 MB carry a minimum commission of three US dollars and Boxes of 100 MB or more carry a minimum of five US dollars. The minimum applies only on lower-priced Boxes where the percentage rate would produce less than that figure, and it covers the cost of hosting the content indefinitely so buyers can re-download it at any time. Videos, Club subscriptions and Tips have no minimum commission.

No. Credit card processing fees are charged separately and applied to the final price paid by the buyer. Processing fees are not deducted from creator earnings and are not covered by the BentBox commission.

BentBox pays creators monthly. Available payout methods are bank transfer, Paxum, Yoursafe, PayPal and gift cards. A creator selects a preferred method in their account settings.

Every creator must complete identity and age verification before publishing. Verification is handled by ProntoID, an independent service operated by Brooks & Keitt Sàrl. BentBox receives only the verification outcome and never stores the underlying identity documents.
