Model Release Forms on BentBox

Every box featuring an identifiable person needs a valid model release. On BentBox, releases are managed through ProntoID — our dedicated identity and consent platform — so you can organise every form in one place and reference it whenever you publish.

Managing model release forms used to mean chasing PDFs across email threads and cloud folders. With ProntoID, each release lives in your account under a unique ID. When you publish a box on BentBox, you simply enter that ID — no uploads, no duplicates, no lost paperwork. Here is how it works in three steps.

How it works in three steps

1

Create a free ProntoID account

Head to prontoid.com and sign up. It is free, and you can use it straight away to generate and organise your model release forms.

Each release you create is assigned a unique ID you can reuse across BentBox and other ProntoID-compatible platforms.

2

Use the form ID on BentBox

During the box publication process on BentBox, paste the model release form ID generated by ProntoID into the dedicated field.

BentBox automatically links the release to your box, so the consent record is always one click away if you ever need it.

3

Repeat for every box

Each box featuring a model must reference the corresponding ProntoID release. You can reuse the same form ID across multiple boxes when the same model appears again.

One form, many boxes — as long as the release covers the type of content being published.

Important

A model release covering still photography does not automatically cover video or audio. If your box contains video, make sure the ProntoID release you reference explicitly authorises video and audio recording and distribution.
