Participation (Voluntary):
Your participation in the BentBox Referral Referral Rewards Program is voluntary and is effective until terminated by either us or you. Either we or you may terminate your Referral Referral Rewards Program participation at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Notice of termination may be given to you using the email address you provided during the registration process. Notice of termination may be given to us by sending an email to: info@bentbox.co, subject line: 'Referral Cancellation'. You are only eligible to accumulate referral Referral Rewards on sales occurring during the term of your Referral Rewards Program participation. The Referral Rewards Payout is subject to BentBox Payout Conditions. Unused Referral Rewards expire 2 years after the date when they are posted in your account.
Modification and Termination of the Referral Rewards and Reviews Programs:
We may modify the terms of this Agreement and/or terminate the Referral Referral Rewards Program at any time and by our sole discretion, by posting a change or termination notice on BentBox.co, a country-specific website, mobile website or mobile app. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral Referral Rewards, reward schedules, redemption procedures and applicable rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE APPLICABLE PROGRAM YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE APPLICABLE PROGRAM WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF ANY CHANGES. In the event of termination of the Referral Rewards Program by us, our obligation is to distribute Referral Rewards Program Referral Rewards to you, in our sole discretion, either in the form of Referral Rewards to be used towards BentBox.co purchases or a check (as the case may be). Our obligation is limited to a maximum of 12 months of Referral Rewards, calculated based on your Referral Rewards for the month prior to the month in which the Referral Rewards Program is terminated.
We reserve the right to terminate any account if we deem the account is linked to fraudulent referrals, reviews, disputed purchases or credit card charges; spam (unsolicited email) and indiscriminate advertising, or intentional misuse of the Referral Rewards Program including, but not limited to, using more than one account.
Independent Evaluation:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
Receiving Referral Rewards:
We appreciate the "word of mouth" advertising our customers provide and reward you for introducing your contacts to BentBox.co. Referral Rewards are accumulated when others use your Referral Rewards Code to sign up and purchase content. Referral Rewards can be used towards purchases on BentBox or can be redeemed for cash at a specific accumulation amount.
For the referral payment schedule and information on the BentBox Referral Referral Rewards Program, visit our Referrals Program page. This page is hereby incorporated by reference and included as part of this Agreement. You represent that you have read the Referrals Program page and agree to the terms set forth therein.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM AT ANY TIME AND IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
Using Referral Rewards:
On the first day of each month (excluding public holidays and exceptional circumstances that allow for a 2 day delay), any account holder with a specific amount in Referral Rewards will automatically receive a “cash out” if they provide payment method details compliant with BentBox policies. Reward amounts below a specific threshold will be rolled over to next month. You will be responsible for any and all tax liability arising from any Referral Rewards you accumulate under the Referral Rewards Program.
Your Referral Rewards Code is valid for use by all new customers that you refer to BentBox. To ensure that you don’t lose credit from referrals, BentBox applies available Referral Rewards automatically to your personal purchases, subject to acceptance of this Agreement.
Qualifying sales placed with referral links will be credited to your Referral Rewards Account. We reserve the right to cancel any sales made on our website in accordance with our Terms of Use. We will track qualifying sales for reporting, advertising, and fee accrual, and make those available to your reports.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM AT ANY TIME AND IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
Promotional Activity:
You may share your BentBox Referral Referral Rewards Code on a personal blog or any available social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter and Google+) subject to the terms and conditions of those accounts. However, your social media profile may not contain an avatar or any other content that could be interpreted as being managed by BentBox. Likewise, your blog, website or social media pages may not resemble the Site or include any content that could be on its own or in the aggregate be interpreted to indicate an affiliation with us, including, but not limited to, use of any trade name, trademark, trade dress, copyrighted material, or any similar protected content.
You may also email your BentBox Referral Rewards Code or send a text message to your contacts. In doing so, you represent and warrant that you will not engage in and/or facilitate spamming, unsolicited commercial email or otherwise fail to comply with any laws and/or regulations that govern email marketing and/or communications.
You may not purchase or use domain or subdomain names that include the word “BentBox” or certain variations and misspellings in any username, group name, or identifier on a social networking site. We don’t want to confuse the general public about which are the official BentBox websites.
We don’t want to confuse the general public about which are the official BentBox mobile applications, so you may not create or utilize any client side application (browser plugin, extension, executable, etc, installable by the end user) on any device. Your app may not integrate and/or use our app in any way. Likewise, you are not permitted to participate in any advertising as the Referral Rewards Program is not intended for commercial purposes.
Your BentBox Public Profile should not include BentBox Referral Rewards Codes, mention discounts, URLs or contain content that promotes the Referral Rewards Program unless otherwise provided by BentBox. Phrases including, but not limited to “click me, open me, save ..." or "first-time customers” are not appropriate for this section. Instead, please select a "MyPage Profile Link Name" that applies to your personality, location or something unique about you -- such as "Aloha-Bob” or “Sarah-Skydiver.”
Your Promotional activity will not contain violent or defamatory materials, or contain content suggesting or promoting illicit activity.
Additional Guidelines for Promotional Activity:
Content will be used within the terms of the Usage Agreement. You will not link any content to, or redirect traffic to sites other than BentBox.co – parts of your site that do not promote BentBox' products may contain links to other sites.
Alterations of material, including additional information, or alteration of the meaning to become misleading is prohibited.
Redistribution of material is prohibited. (including selling, licensing, bestowing rights to any person or entity on a site that is not yours).
Items that are no longer advertised on BentBox will be promptly removed from your site.
Names or likenesses will not be used in a matter implying a person’s or company’s endorsement of or sponsorship of, or commercial associate (including placing unrelated materials in close proximity to content).
Participation in our program requires that purchases will not be placed on behalf of any other person or authorize, assist, or encourage another entity to do so.
You will not take any action that could reasonably cause any customer confusion as to our relationship with you.
You will not include on your site, display, or otherwise use Links or Content which contain or have a connection to malicious or harmful code, or any application not knowingly and expressly authorized by users prior to being downloaded.
You will not attempt to redirect or intercept traffic from any site participating in the program.
You will not incorporate BentBox.co into a webview or integrated web browser within a mobile application.
Transitional pages, popup and/or layered ads for promotional activity are not allowed.
Artificially generating clicks or impressions to create Sessions BentBox.co whether by software or otherwise is prohibited.
You will not attempt to circumvent our current Referral Rewards Payment Schedule or conditions.
You will not purchase by products through our Referral Rewards program using your code for use by you or for resale or commercial use of any kind.
Prohibited Paid Search Placement or Redirecting Links will result in the closure of your Referral Rewards account and any Referral Rewards credit accrued from such activity will be voided.
Paid Search: an advertisement purchased through bidding on keywords, search terms or other participation in a keyword auction such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, Yandex, Baidu, Naver or any other search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service, or other search or referral service, or any site that participates in any of their respective networks.
Misspellings of BentBox trademarks or any type of variation of those words are prohibited.
From time to time, we may request list of keywords used in paid search ads. Failure to provide complete information in accordance with our terms of use will result in the closure of the Referral Rewards Account.
Program Participation:
By participating in the Referral Rewards and Review Programs, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. All accounts must be in the name of a living person, not a business entity. Furthermore, accounts are not transferrable and are not eligible for perpetual succession. In the event of the passing of the account owner, contact Customer Service. and the account will be closed. Eligible Referral Rewards will be dispersed according to then current Terms of Use.
No Warranty:
THE REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM IS BEING PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS", WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITIONS. WE EXCLUDE ALL CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND OTHER TERMS WHICH OTHERWISE MIGHT BE IMPLIED OR INCORPORATED INTO THIS AGREEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Reselling Products:
Reselling any content purchased at BentBox.co is in breach of copywright law, and will be prosecuted. Your BentBox account will be terminated and forfeiture of any and all Referral Rewards Credit in the account void.
