RESTRICTIONS Media covered by this agreement is for personal viewing in private by the Licence holder only, during their lifetime and must not be sold, copied, shared, broadcast, transferred, altered or distributed in any way. All reasonable steps must be taken to store the media securely and to prevent any form of theft or unlicensed reproduction or sharing of the material. PENALTY CLAUSE Each and every breach of this licence shall be subject to a penalty of £10,000 payable immediately to the copyright holder.
